Return Product Policy

It is important to note that any and all returns/exchanges shipments sent back to Creation Organics LLC must have a valid return authorization # visible on the outside of the box as well as inside the package with the returned merchandise. To obtain your return authorization number (RA#) please email accounting@creationorganics.com. Once a return authorization number (RA#) is issued, the product must be received within 15 days or may be subject to a restocking fee. 

Return window

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Condition

Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned [except where the defective/damaged section below applies].

How to start a return

Contact us at 866-432-9655 or accounting@creationorganics.com  before sending anything back. We will issue a return authorization number (RA#) and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; or (b) Creation Organics provides a prepaid return label only for defective/damaged/error returns.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [7] days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refund timing and method

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days. A restocking fee of 15%, on non-defective returns, will be deducted from your refund.  You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, start a return as above and place a new order for the replacement item..
