Credit Card Policy

Cards accepted

We accept major credit and debit cards—including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover—via our online checkout and point-of-sale systems powered by PayPal.

Secure processing

All card payments are processed securely through  Paypal, our payment processor. Your card information is entered on Paypal’s secure, PCI DSS–compliant payment page. Creation Organics does not see, receive, or store your full card number at any time.

PCI compliance

By routing transactions through Paypal, our checkout process  maintains PCI DSS compliance for card acceptance, including the network security scans required of merchants that accept card payments.

Authorization

Your card is charged when your order is placed. If an item is backordered or an order cannot be fulfilled, any amount charged for unshipped items will be refunded to the original card.

Declined or flagged transactions

If a transaction is declined, or is flagged by our processor's fraud screening, we will contact you to verify the order before it is processed. We may cancel orders we cannot verify.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment card only. Please allow [5–10] business days after we process a refund for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at 866-432-9655 or accounting@creationorganics.com  so we can resolve it. Unresolved disputes may be handled through your card issuer's chargeback process.
